Intern in HR Analytics & Reporting within the Human Resources and Finance Department (m/f)

Mission

Are you a student in your master’s degree looking to explore the diverse aspects of Human Resources? Join our HR team to drive key organizational initiatives. In this role, you will contribute directly to our digital transformation, talent development strategies, and high-impact HR projects.

Our goal is to introduce you to the HR team’s areas of activity by involving you directly in various HR tasks. You will contribute to ongoing strategic projects. Your role will specifically include reviewing reports and procedures, as well as preparing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.

You will be supported by a dedicated professional mentor who will guide and advise you throughout your internship.

Role & responsibilities

Assist the HR team with administrative tasks
Collect and analyze HR data
Update HR databases and KPI’s
Support transverse HR projects

Please note that this position will require frequent business trips.

Your profile

Student in the final year of a Master’s program (Master 1 or Master 2 level) specialized in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, HR-applied Data Analytics, or an equivalent field
Strong interest in human-related issues within organizations
Excellent written and spoken command of French, English, Luxembourgish and German
Strong writing skills
Critical analytical mindset
Strong sense of discretion, responsibility, initiative, and organization
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
