Head of division – Analysis & Testing specialised in UCITS (m/f)


As head of the division « Analysis & Testing UCITS specialised », you will be in charge of the complete range of functional solutions put in place with the business lines, as well as managing the team and coordinating ongoing activities.

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist and consult your hierarchical responsible for defining and implementing the strategy of the division
  • Represent the IT service line of the CSSF
  • Coordinate and lead the activities and projects
  • Plan and follow-up the work of the agents of the division specialised in the OPC service line
  • Ensure the application and respect of operational procedures related to the IT service line
  • Ensure the business continuity of the IT service line
  • Design and modelling of the functional architecture of applications
  • Advocate improvements in terms of processes and/or software solutions
  • Develop solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders

Your profile

  • University degree in computer science, economics, finance, management sciences/administration and/or law (Masters degree)
  • Professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of UCIs (control or supervision)
  • Good knowledge of the regulatory framework around the field of UCIs (investment funds, UCITS, AIFMD, CESR/ESMA etc.)
  • Experience of at least 3 years in team management
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken French and English. German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience with analysis and testing methodology
  • Knowledge of the “Banking” service line will be considered an advantage
  • Proactive, rigorous, and methodical
  • Good writing, analysis, synthesis and communication skills
  • Sense of responsibility

The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
