Experienced Electrical Technician (m/f)

Mission

Within the “Facility Management” division, you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the CSSF’s sites.

Role & responsibilities

Oversee operational work
Manage subcontractor services
Handle unforeseen issues and technical repairs (first response)
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Ensure the proper functioning of the centralized technical management system (GTC)
Ensure the proper functioning and programming of KNX/EIB DALI systems
Actively participate in the operation and development of the Computer-Aided Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Manage the real estate portfolio with due diligence regarding operating and energy costs
Assist the Facility Management team with other routine tasks
Occasionally participate in weekend work
Attend required regulatory inspections
Take turns on technical on-call duty
Assist subcontractors with their work as needed and monitor related contracts and schedules
Independently manage the inventory of electrical and HVAC spare parts
Assist with the maintenance and repair of workshop machinery and tools
Ensure compliance with legal requirements

Your profile

Electrical technician diploma (CATP or DAP) in the field of construction or engineering
At least 5 years of proven professional experience in building management or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of building maintenance
Fluency in Luxembourgish, French, and German. Knowledge of English is a plus
Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office), MS Project, and AutoCAD
Knowledge of KNX/EIB and DALI automation systems
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and professionalism

The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
