Systems Design/UX (m/f)

Mission

Within the “Systems Design/UX” unit, the person will support business analysts on the UX/UI aspects of our business applications and will also participate in the implementation of the Systems Design that will be used by the CSSF development teams. Your mission is to:

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure the consistency of the user experience of business applications and prototype products in Figma
  • Create a component library that will be used by the development teams
  • Guarantee development best practices and quality coding
  • Ensure the quality of integrating system design elements by the development teams

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer sciences (Bac+3/+5)
  • Proven experience in UX/UI
  • Proven experience in web interface ergonomics
  • Skills in designing and integrating wireframes and interactive mock-ups
  • Ability to advise users of varying artistic levels and taste
  • Knowledge of typography
  • Proven experience in the field of web interface development
  • Development of interfaces with HTML/CSS and frameworks such as Bootstrap
  • Experience working with designer software such as Figma
  • Experience in developing a design system will be considered as a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Open-mindedness, adaptability
  • Proactive, rigorous and methodical
  • Taking initiative to propose innovative solutions
  • French and English language skills should at least attain level B1, Luxemburgish is considered a plus.

The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
