Executive Assistant (m/f)
Role & responsibilities
- Telephone reception
- Administrative support (administrative management of incoming mail, finalization of outgoing mail, follow-up of inboxes, updating of databases, etc.)
- Management and follow-up of the management agenda
- Organisation of management meetings
- Preparation and follow-up of meeting files
- Ensure the availability of the department’s services
Your profile
- Secondary school leaving diploma/A-level, additional education (higher technician certificate or bachelor’s degree) in the above-mentioned fields of activity is considered as an asset
- Professional experience in an equivalent position is an asset
- Very good command of Luxembourgish, French and English; German is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, flexible, versatile, reliable, rigorous
- Professional discretion
The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
