Mission
Within the “Facility Management” division, you will mainly be in charge of the “general safety aspect” of our premises and will participate in its day-to-day implementation.
Role & responsibilities
- Issue access authorisations and monitor access management
- Ensure the proper implementation and monitoring of waste management
- Carry out regular safety and environmental audits
- Follow-up the work and accompany the subcontractors, and follow up the related maintenance schedules on a continuous basis
- Participate actively in the Local Safety Committee
- Write and update safety procedures, in particular those relating to the environment and waste management
- Provide safety and environmental training
- Actively participate in evacuation training
- Participate in the update of the security/environment registry and continuously update its contents
- Write safety instructions for subcontractors, evacuation instructions for personnel and constantly update their content
- Ensure compliance with the legal requirements on occupational health and safety
- Assist in the prescribed regulatory controls
- Carry out regular safety checks on infrastructure and equipment
- Participate in incident management reporting
- Assist the " Facility Management " team by encoding technical information into an integrated software program
- Participate in the technical duty
