Role & responsibilities

  • Welcoming and accompanying visitors
  • Call handling
  • Preparing & clearing of meeting rooms and during events
  • Beverage service
  • Managing e-mails as well as the events and meetings calendar
  • Carrying out and following-up of orders and managing catering reservations
  • Creating and managing visitor access
  • In charge of the visitor’s luggage and coatroom
  • Accepting and distributing the incoming and outgoing mail
  • Carrying out various administrative and operational tasks related to the housekeeper's position
  • Various operational & administrative tasks of the REFM department

Your profile

  • (Technical) secondary school leaving diploma (A-level) or vocational skills certificate (CATP) / vocational aptitude diploma (DAP) in administration / secretariat
  • Professional experience of at least three years in the field of hospitality
  • Very good written and spoken skills in Luxembourgish, French, English and German
  • Helpful and friendly
  • Sense of discretion and confidentiality
  • Stress resistant and professionalism
  • Rigorous, flexible, versatile, and reliable
  • Excellent relational skills
  • Autonomous, sense of organization and being able to prioritize

The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
