Role & responsibilities

  • Assisting in the drafting, archiving, research, review and monitoring of contracts, memos and public procurement procedures
  • Organising and setting up administrative support, i.e. the collection, review and production of documentation relating to contracts and legal opinions
  • Assisting in the handling and processing of questions relating to the status of CSSF agents
  • Set up a legal database by analysing and compiling existing documentation
  • Interact with the various CSSF agents in order to ensure the legal follow-up with regard to conflicts of interest, human resources and contractual matters

Your profile

  • High school diploma (BAC) or university degree (BAC+3) related to the above-mentioned fields of activity
  • Very good command of French and English; fluency in German and Luxembourgish is an advantage
  • Professional experience in a similar position is an asset
  • Very good command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good interpersonal skills, flexible, versatile, reliable, rigorous
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Professional discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Very good organisation and follow-up, rigour and ability to work independently, availability

The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.

Next steps

  1. Our HR team will perform a pre-screening of all candidate files before transmitting applications to the respective hiring managers.
  2. Chosen candidates will be contacted for HR & business interviews, followed by a written test. At this point, we will also require a recent extract of your criminal record. Depending on the number of entries, the gravity of the offence(s) and the date of the conviction(s), a candidate may be excluded from the recruitment process.
  3. Following the interview process, the applications of selected candidates will be submitted to the head of department and/or a member from our board of directors for a potential additional interview.
  4. The successful candidate will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’État”) and, if s/he meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).

For diplomas obtained outside of Luxembourg, Belgium or The Netherlands, we additionally require proof of their equivalence with national standards.
