Microsoft/Exchange Administrator (m/f)

Mission

As part of the development and maintenance of the CSSF’s information systems, the IT department is recruiting for their «Microsoft Administration » division:

Role & responsibilities

  • Daily management of Windows servers and workstations
  • Design, integration and management of Windows applications
  • Supervision, operations management and maintenance of Active Directory, Exchange and Teams
  • Process automation and improvement using PowerShell scripting
  • Drafting of operational procedures

Your profile

  • Minimum degree required: Bachelors Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT
  • Very good knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory and PowerShell scripting
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10
  • Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft System Center is an asset
  • Good drafting skills
  • Excellent written and spoken fluency in French and English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an asset
  • Dynamic, proactive, motivated and capable of rigorous follow-up
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
