Lean Management Specialist (Fixed Term Contract – 2 years) (m/f)

Mission

The Lean Management Division is looking for experienced personnel to strengthen its team for a period of 2 years.

The candidate will join a dynamic and experienced team of Experts and will adopt the Lean Management methods used within the CSSF to become autonomous and operational as quickly as possible for supporting the Business teams in their KAIZEN projects.

 

Role & responsibilities

  • Adopt the Lean methodologies to support teams in deployment of Lean culture
  • Lead external “Lean Experts” training and internal “Lean Juniors” training
  • Enhance internal training modules by refreshing or adapting educational games
  • Coach business teams during the implementation of their transformation project following the “Kaizen” culture
  • Lead ad-hoc “Kaizen” projects, from the kick-off meeting to the debriefing meeting, following the PDCA methodology
  • Build and present reports regarding Lean actions carried out with the aim of providing transparency to Management

Your profile

  • Masters’ degree with at least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement
  • Be comfortable in the problem-solving approach
  • Minimum certified “Lean Expert/Green Belt”, “Lean Senior Expert/Black Belt” is a plus
  • Strong interest in process improvement, data analysis and group workshops to achieve the desired results
  • Very good oral and written command of French and English. German and Luxembourgish are considered an asset
  • Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI tools
  • Good analysis, synthesis, and communication skills
  • Critical thinking, rigor, and sense of organization
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
