Mission

Within the “Facility Management” division, you will be mainly in charge of the day-to-day operational tasks of the CSSF’s sites.

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure the follow-up of operational works
  • Supervise the work of subcontractors
  • Ensure unexpected and technical breakdowns (1st intervention)
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of installations, particularly in the electrical part
  • Ensure that the centralized technical management system (GTC) and the security installations (GSC) are working properly
  • Ensure the correct operations and programming of KNX EIB DALI
  • Active participation in performing emitted tickets of the Computer Aided Facility Management System (CAFM)
  • Handle operating and energy costs in a responsible manner
  • Assist the Facility Management team in other day-to-day functions
  • Participate in internal removals
  • Attend prescribed regulatory inspections
  • Participate on a scheduled basis to be the technical duty officer
  • Manage independently the stock of electrical spare parts
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of machines and tools in the workshop
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements

Your profile

  • Diploma in electrical engineering (CATP/DAP) or master craftsperson certificate (“brevet de maîtrise”) in the field of construction, engineering or electricity
  • At least 5 years of proven professional experience in the field of building management or in a similar function
  • In-depth knowledge of building maintenance and safety
  • Very good command of German or Luxemburgish and a good understanding of French, English being an advantage
  • Very good command of common office tools (MS Office), MS Project, AUTOCAD
  • Knowledge of KNX/EIB DALI automation tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Discretion and professionalism

The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
