Role & responsibilities

  • Phone reception;
  • Managing and maintaining the Director’s agenda;
  • Managing and organising the Director’s meetings;
  • Preparing meeting files;
  • Administrative support (mails, monitoring of messaging, etc.);
  • Ensuring coverage for the department until 6.00 PM.

Your profile

  • 2/3-year university degree, related to the above-mentioned field of activities;
  • High fluency in Luxembourgish, French and English; fluency in German will be considered as an asset;
  • Experience in an equivalent position will be considered as an asset;
  • Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • Good interpersonal skills, flexible, versatile, reliable and rigorous;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Professional discretion and respect of confidentiality.

The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
