Administrative Assistant (full time) (m/f)


The “UCI Operations” department is in charge of the operational support of all the departments responsible for monitoring investment funds and their managers.
Our team specializes in the field of administrative support for the UCI business departments and the management of incoming and outgoing mail.

Role & responsibilities

  • Administrative support for the UCI departments
  • Finalization and sending of outgoing mail
  • Organization of internal and external meetings and follow-up of the minutes
  • Telephone reception for the UCI business line
  • Update of various internal databases
  • Preparation and distribution of the documentation used as support for the weekly UCI business line and interdepartmental meetings
  • Ensure the department’s permanence until 5.00 p.m

Your profile

  • Vocational aptitude diploma (CATP/DAP), preferably in the field of administration/office, or secondary school leaving diploma (A-level/BAC)
  • A first professional experience in the administrative field is considered an advantage
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French, English, and German. Luxembourgish, as well as any other language, will be considered as an advantage
  • Versatility, flexibility, reliability, critical thinking and rigor in the execution of tasks
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Discretion
